Amit Kumar never set out to open just another Indian restaurant. His dream was bigger — to bring the soul of India to Orlando: the energy, the aromas, the vibrant spirit of street food. Growing up surrounded by the traditions of Indian cooking, where recipes were passed down through generations and every dish was made from scratch, Amit believed food could do more than fill a plate — it could tell a story.
With that same passion, Amit introduced Bombay Street Kitchen — a fresh take on Indian dining. His vision was clear: to recreate the lively street-food culture of India’s cities right here in Orlando, without ever compromising on quality or authenticity.
